Circular Electronics, Remanufacturing, & ITAD, Battery Recycling, Metal & Critical Raw Material Recycling, E-Waste & WEEE Recycling. Many topics were covered this year at this year’s E-WASTE World Conference&Expo, the event that brings companies and experts together in Frankfurt every year to discover the latest innovations and solutions to create a circular economy and help create sustainable supply chains for the future.
Three thousand participants crowded the halls of Messe Frankfurt on 28th and 29 th June to listen to over one hundred and thirty speakers, including Osai GreenTech CTO Marco Guolo, who took part in the panel “Digitalisation and Automation In CRM Recovery” where he discussed the use of technologies to improve processes for recycling and recovering metals from WEEE.
The topic was also addressed extensively at the Osai GreenTech booth where visitors were able to discover the latest updates on the RE4M – Recycling for Manufacturing system for the recovery and refining of precious metals from disused electronic devices.
Also presented during the fair was the NEW-RE project – funded by EIT RawMaterials and coordinated by Erion – which aims to implement the collection and recycling of permanent magnets from hard disks and motors in electric vehicles and in which Osai Automation System S.p.A. Società Benefit is a partner.
Two intense and challenging days for Osai GreenTech and the parent company but highly rewarded by countless handshakes, rich conversations and careful glance.
