We will contact you

If your profile satisfies the requirements and requested criteria for the position, our Human Resources office will contact you for an initial interview. The interview will take place directly at our office or via Skype in order to discuss particular aspects concerning hours and availability.

The first interview

During the first interview, we will be able to get to know each other better and further explain to you the type of person we are looking for: you will receive technical operational information from the sector manager involved in the selection as well as additional information about the company.

The second interview

If the result of the first interview is positive, we will invite you for a second interview where we will address economic aspects and the terms of the employment contract. Before the interview is held, you will be asked to provide additional information and supplementary documents in order to make you an offer that is in line with your expectations.

The last interview

Afterwards, you will receive a written, legally valid employment offer, with contractual, remunerative and all other conditions offered: if you accept, we will welcome you to our OSAI GreenTech team!
