The BoD of OSAI A.S. S.P.A. approves the establishment of “OSAI GREEN TECH SB S.R.L.”

Turin, October 13^th, 2022 – OSAI Automation System S.p.A., (Ticker OSA), a company that operates in the field of design and production of machines and complete lines for automation and testing on semiconductors, announces that the Board of Directors, which met today, has examined and approved the proposal to establish a new limited liability benefit company called “OSAI Green Tech SB S.r.l.”.

The constituting company, wholly owned by OSAI Automation System S.p.A., will have the strategic mission of pursuing, in a transparent and responsible manner, profit-making and common-benefit purposes deriving from the development and commercialisation of the Re4M project and to promote further innovative applications of sustainable technologies with a view to the circular economy.

Osai will officially present the new company to its stakeholders at a press conference to be held at the Ecomondo 2022 trade fair in Rimini on 8 November 2022.
